What people leave with

This is not a lecture about the future. The workshop is built around finished, useful takeaways.

01

AI access

One AI tool open and ready for class, plus a paper fallback if login, phone verification, or Wi-Fi slows someone down.

02

Business Brain

A reusable business profile attendees can paste into AI tools so the drafts understand their offer, audience, voice, and rules.

03

Finished asset

A post, FAQ answer, customer reply, service description, event promo, or follow-up message they can review and use.

04

Workflow map

A repeated task with clear review rules: what AI drafts, what a human approves, and what happens next.

05

7-day plan

Three small next actions and an exported takeaway so the work is not trapped in a browser tab after class.

Built for practical local work

Examples stay close to the work small businesses already do every week.

Customer response

Answer common questions faster

Turn rough notes into clear, friendly replies while avoiding private data and promises that need verification.

Local marketing

Create posts and offer copy

Build Google Business Profile posts, Facebook event copy, email announcements, and service descriptions.

Follow-up

Stop losing warm leads

Draft quote check-ins, polite reminders, and next-step messages that still stay behind human approval.

See what "usable work" means.

These are sample takeaways, using cleaned-up local-business examples. Attendees build their own version during class.

Sample 01

Business Brain profile

A reusable profile that gives AI enough context to stop sounding generic.

Business: local home repair company in Hernando County Audience: homeowners who need small repairs, punch lists, and seasonal maintenance Tone: practical, neighborly, clear, no pressure Common questions: availability, price range, materials, timeline Never say: exact price, licensed trade claims, or guaranteed same-day service unless confirmed Goal this month: turn common questions into helpful replies and weekly posts
Class habit: paste this before serious prompts, then ask what context is missing.
Sample 02

Reviewed customer FAQ answer

A short answer that can become website copy, a reply template, or a Google Business update.

Question: Do you handle small repair jobs? Draft: Yes. We help with small home repair and punch-list jobs around Brooksville and nearby areas. Send a short description and a photo if you have one, and we will let you know whether it is a good fit before scheduling. Review before using: [ ] Accurate service area [ ] No invented price [ ] No promise about timeline [ ] Clear next step
Class habit: AI drafts the first version; the owner checks facts, promises, and voice.
Sample 03

Manual workflow map

A safe first workflow before connecting email, CRM, calendars, or payment tools.

Workflow: quote follow-up Trigger: quote sent and no reply after 3 days Info needed: name, job type, quote date, next available appointment AI drafts: short follow-up email and text version Human reviews: price, promise, tone, customer details Destination: Gmail or business texting app Follow-up: mark outcome in roster, CRM, or spreadsheet
Class habit: automate later. First prove the manual workflow and review rule are clear.
Sample 04

7-day action plan

A small plan that makes the workshop turn into one repeatable business habit.

Tomorrow: Save my Business Brain in a document and paste it into one new AI chat. Day 3: Draft one FAQ answer for the question customers ask most often. Day 7: Repeat the same workflow for one Google Business Profile post. Keep: The prompt that saved the most time, plus the reviewed final version.
Class habit: one repeated task is better than trying five new tools at once.

The three-hour flow

The class moves in short cycles: demo, build, review, then move to the next useful piece.

Who it is for

The workshop is intentionally beginner-friendly, but it still produces useful business material.

Good fit

Local business owners

People who write posts, answer questions, follow up with leads, or manage repeated admin work.

Good fit

Solo operators and small teams

People who need leverage but do not have a marketing department or operations team.

Not required

No technical background

Attendees need a laptop, one real task, and basic comfort opening a browser link, typing, and copy/paste. If that is shaky, tell us before class so we can use the worksheet fallback.

Before you request a seat

These answers keep the first paid run clear before anyone pays or shows up with the wrong expectation.

Payment

Do I pay on this page?

No. This page starts the seat request. I confirm fit, date, and capacity first, then send payment instructions. Your seat is confirmed only after payment is complete.

Tech fallback

What if I cannot log into an AI tool?

Bring your laptop, charger, and phone for login verification if possible. If login, Wi-Fi, or copy/paste slows you down, you can still use the worksheet and leave with your Business Brain started.

Privacy

Can I bring real customer information?

Bring real business situations, but do not paste passwords, payment information, private customer details, employee records, or sensitive financial data into class AI tools.

Scope

Will we automate my business in class?

Not in the first workshop. We map one workflow and decide what AI can draft versus what a human approves. Live automations, CRM connections, and email/calendar setup belong in private setup or a workflow pilot.

Follow-up

What happens after class?

You keep the portal, prompt pack, worksheet, full exported takeaway, and next-step menu. I also send same-day, 3-day, and 7-day follow-up prompts so the work turns into one usable habit.

Policy

What is the refund or transfer rule?

The final policy is confirmed with the host before payment links go out. The recommended first-run default is full refund until 7 days before class, credit inside 7 days, and no refund for no-shows unless there is a genuine emergency.
